Customers may obtain a free WPK Loyalty Card that provides a number of benefits to our permanent customers at each of our pharmacies:50% off the prescription charge The 50% off the prescription charge may be applied by any WPK Loyalty Card holder. The discount only applies to prescriptions and includes all age groups.The discount may be verified on the cash receipt and/or on the websites of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic where you can find all information on prescription charges of the drugs you choose in the "Drugs" section. The 50% discount may not be granted if 50% is higher than the permitted regulated business surcharge of the pharmacy. In this event, the maximum possible discount up to the amount of the full surcharge of the pharmacy is granted to the patient. The loyalty programme is intended for WPK pharmacy customers. The Loyalty Card holder obtains points in their personal account for purchases made at WPK pharmacies throughout the Czech Republic that can be exchanged for further purchase discounts, and may additionally benefit from other advantages associated with the Loyalty Card.Membership terms and registrationAny citizen of the Czech Republic may become a Loyalty Card holder if they agree to the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme contained in the electronic questionnaire to be filled in directly at the pharmacy or on the www.lekarnawpk.cz website. Each person may only submit one registration – multiple registration is not possible. By filling in the questionnaire and electronically confirming the entered data, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme and declares to have read and understood them.Using the WPK Loyalty CardAfter filling in the electronic application form at a WPK pharmacy, the customer immediately receives an activated WPK Loyalty Card. The card remains the property of Lékárna WPK s.r.o. and Avicel s.r.o. companies and serves to claim discounts, benefits and to record points collected for purchases at WPK pharmacies.The card is transferable and may be used at all WPK pharmacies throughout the Czech Republic. The collected points are not transferable. If the card is lost, a new Card can be issued at any WPK pharmacy. Collecting pointsTo register the purchase points, the WPK Loyalty Card holder must submit the WPK Loyalty Card prior to or with the payment at the cash register. Points are credited to the account for the purchase of the over-the-counter products, except for regulated drugs and vouchers. 10 points are credited for each CZK 1 spent. The value of 100 points is equivalent to CZK 10. Lékárna WPK s.r.o. and Avicel s.r.o. reserve the right to change the given values at any time, and such changes will be valid as of the day of posting on the www.lekarnawpk.cz website. Any complaints concerning point crediting to the card have to be raised at the specific point crediting purchase. Later complaints concerning point crediting cannot be taken into account. Lékárna WPK s.r.o. and Avicel s.r.o. reserve the right to determine the maximum and minimum purchase amount for which points will be credited, and also reserve the right to specify products excluded from the crediting of points. The customer still has the right to register for a loyalty card at any time again. Cancellation of the card results in the cancellation of all the points collected on the loyalty card. The companies Lékárna WPK s.r.o. and Avicel s.r.o. are entitled to cancel the card if the holder violates the General Terms and Conditions. The loyalty card holder undertakes to immediately notify any change in their personal data by sending an email to email@example.com.
